I love the patterns have made the balaclava .very easy to follow instructions & great photos. I could probably make most of the patterns for my son

There are some good patterns in this little booklet. But, if you want sweaters and cardigans, then you only get half of the patterns in the book.Overall, I'm still glad that I bought it.

Great quality, easy patterns

From the standpoint of a reasonably skilled knitter, these patterns are at the easy level, difficult to follow along, and at most nigh impossible to follow. The jargon while workable is confusing when you try to read it and apply it to the pattern. In some of the patterns it feels like entire sections are missing. The instructions are very unclear and key parts that would explain how a process is done was flat out not there. I had to reference YouTube to figure out half of what I needed to do to get as far as I did.If you're looking for a book that has good looking pictures of knits, this is a nice one. If you're a knitter looking to get better at more apparel-based knits like myself, stay away from this book. You'll only end up spending more time unwinding and reknitting the same parts of the project only to be left lost and unable to figure out what to do next.

Knitt patterns are not clear. I have the basic knitting skills down with some experience with moderate difficulty knitting instructions but I was not able follow any instructions in this book.
