Students do not want to make mistakes in describing appearances or relationships, yet few books provide such clear guidance at this vocabulary level. This book is helpful to my English study

for advanced speakers
It's a challenging book for the serious advanced speaker. I'm tutoring an 8th grade immigrant who has studied English in his home country since kindergarten and I'm using this book because it's challenging enough for him, yet very clear and manageable. Even he likes it. I'm glad the answers are in it just so I can make sure I'm correct! I have all levels of "Vocabulary in Use" and I'm very happy with the lay out and the exercises.
