5QT PFAS-Free Ceramic Nonstick Sauté Pan with Lid, Blue

I've been using this pan daily since I got it, and it's become my go-to for large meals. The heat distribution is outstanding, which makes a huge difference when you're working with high-heat searing or keeping temperatures consistent across the surface. The nonstick coating lives up to the hype. Nothing sticks, and cleanup is genuinely easy. Just rinse and wipe. No scrubbing required. Quality construction feels solid, and I haven't run into any issues so far. If you cook regularly and want a reliable saute pan that handles everyday cooking without drama, this is the one.

So far, so good. This pan has served me well. It is really good for cooking rice because it doesn't stick. I also use it for making miso ramen soup because it heats evenly and has room for adding ingredients as I build the soup. I have read bad things about pans coated with non-stick materials, and I don't know exactly what makes this non-stick, but if I see it starting to chip or flake the coating, I will ditch it immediately.

Blue Diamond makes great pots! They don't burn or stick and are easy to clean. This is my second buy, a different size. One by one I'm replacing my other pans!

Nice small sauce pan, not too heavy. Nonstick makes everything slide out. I also like the clear lid, you can watch without losing heat.

I really like it. I had it for a while. You can't judge these things right out of the box, of course they're going to be great brand new. I'm not overly rough with it but I'm also not overly cautious either. 4 stars because it's just too small for too many things i need it for. I wish they had a 4qt or maybe even a three. I won't buy a set, they're just not cost efficient. Ten pieces with 6 of them being ladles and lids. Nope.

Where has this pan been all my life? I guess I'm just late to the party because ceramic is incredible. After watching another non-stick pan stick time and time again, watching whatever the surface is start to eat away to who knows where, likely my food, I decided it was time to trash it and buy another. I'd read all the dangers of these non-stick surfaces, right along with black plastic utensils, but I was skeptical. I'd used these products all my life and, with the exception of one leg growing shorter and a weird third eye growing out of the back of my head (just kidding), I'm to old to worry at this point. But that's when I came across this Blue Diamond pan. I needed a 5 quart saute replacement and the prices they were charging for those chef hyped-up hex-clad thingies had my retirement plan sweating. I read where you even had to be careful with chemicals used in the manufacturing of these ceramic pans and that Blue Diamond takes care to not use any of them. So...Under $40 sounded like it would be worth a try. Long story, even longer...I'm more than a dozen cooks in now, many with prolonged 400 degree oven add ons, and besides a slight little discoloration on the bottom due to my gas stove, I can't tell it's not brand new. Jeez! It takes whatever I throw at it and just wipes out perfectly clean. I've thrown it in the dishwasher and voila! Perfectly new coming out. And fast? This pan heats up in no time. Everything I cook is faster now, and evenly cooked as well. Bottom line...Save your money. Don't buy into the hype and spend hundreds because a chef uses a certain cookware in their kitchen. These pans will save you money and save you time. I'm going to replace my smaller pans now with these. I am sold. It's ceramic for me for now on.

I love the Blue Diamond pots and pans. They clean up so easily and nothing sticks!

Bought these for my daughters new home and they are not induction hob compatible so wasted all this money.

I have switched all of my Teflon pans to ceramic and I love this pan. It's states it's safe for using metal spoons, etc. but I'm sticking to silicone. So far it's been an excellent pan, and the size is perfect for up to a quart of liquid. I read a lot of reviews on ceramic pans before deciding on this one, and I'm not disappointed.
