Does the new plate work with older v2 clip? I heard the new plate is a bit thinner than the old one. I am thinking of getting v3 clip + new plate.

Hi there, the new Capture Plate is not backwards compatible with Capture V2, but you can use the V2 Plate in the V3 Capture.

Where can i buy the capture plate? i meant to buy the one with it. this currently does not have one, but i don’t want to return it.

How do i attach a gopro and is it sold on amazon?

Actually you could by using the GoPro foot that has a tripod socket. Then you screw the Peak plate into the GoPro tripod socket. That would be the most inexpensive way. I believe Peak does offer a GoPro mounting kit if you want to spend more
