How big are the pills?

They are about the size of a large peanut. They are easy to swallow with a mouthful of water. They also really work for me. My hair has got quite thin but is much thicker if I take these and my nails get really weak and flake off if I stop taking them again. Give them a try, I am sure you will find they work for you too.
