I have very thick/frizzy/wavy hair. Can I still use this product? Or will my hair get stuck in it. Thank you

I think if you have very thick hair it will get stuck in your hair unless you only do a little at a time but I really like this product cause it really works on frizzy hair. My hair stays really soft an manageable.

Does this work as a straightener also? My daughter wants to straighten her hair but is absolutely terrified of getting burned

It could be used to help straighten but won't do the job of a flat iron. My friend has super curly/frizzy hair and I used it to tame the frizz and it worked great.

Will it hold thin hair?

If your hair is longer, it should hold a curl. My hair is shorter and I ended up getting a curler with a smaller barrel.

I can’t change the loc temp from 355. I set it to. 320 but every time I unplug it and plug it back in it goes back to 355. Help???

Maybe you are changing it but not locking it and that's why it goes back to 355°F
