Fresh, tasted good, great price. I use them to make dairy free cream sauces, df cheese sauce so the smaller pieces are perfect, less blending to make it smooth

Great value, wonderful for making cashew gravy
These cashews were really impressive. First off, the bag gives you a lot for the price, making it a fantastic value. When I opened it up, the cashews seemed super fresh. One thing I liked is how easily these cashew pieces can be stored. I kept mine in the freezer, and they stayed just as good. I found that these cashew pieces make a wonderful cashew gravy. They blend up super creamy, there are many such recipes to look for online.

Great Flavor and Good Buy
This is my second 5 lb. package of cashew pieces. They were delivered quickly and are fresh. I have used them in many recipes and am very satisfied with their flavor and quality. I did repackage them into sealed quart jars and stored them in a cool dark place.

Decent quality
These cashews pieces work out great for a recipe such as cashew cheese and dips and cakes. Just soak them overnight and put them in the food processor with your other ingredients. It turns out nice and silky smooth.

Clean and delicious small cashew pieces perfect for making cashew milk or cooking with (and nibbling on). Purchased several times and will continue to buy these unless they raise the prices too high. Still a good value.

Good taste, not stale
This is a great product at a good price. I ate some of the cashew pieces immediately to check for flavor and freshness. Excellent. In case you wonder, the 5 pounds filled 5 quart jars. I keep the cashews in the freezer until I need them for vegan recipes.I will order from this supplier again.
