Great pillows. Firm and my neck aches have gone away. Really pleased with this product.

I was on the fence on purchasing these. The pillow came compressed, and they took a while to get them fluffed up. I used the "punching" method - lol. I'm not sure that you can put these in the dryer to fluff, I did not try. The size is more like a standard, but I choose to keep them. I suffer from severe arthritis in my back & neck, and these pillows somehow allowed me to finally get a good night's rest after many, many years. I wake up rested, and while not "pain free", these pillows somehow lessen my pain. I'm ecstatic about that! They do seem to meld to your body (head, neck, back, etc), and are somewhat flat in the morning. I hold them up by the corners and shake and punch (or pat) a few times and they fluff right back up. The outer case is very well made, and the fabric is superior. I HIGHLY recommend trying these pillows and hope they serve you well. 10 stars in my book!

I tried these pillows expecting balanced support and a hotel-style feel, but they failed to deliver consistent comfort. They compress too quickly under head weight and do not rebound well, which leads to poor neck alignment after a short time. Despite the soft outer fabric, the internal fill feels uneven and shifts during the night, requiring frequent adjustment. Heat retention is also noticeable, making sleep less comfortable than expected. Overall, they look appealing at first but lack the structure and durability needed for restful, uninterrupted sleep.

These are not soft and squishy at all. I would return them if it wasn’t too late. I spend too long waiting for them to soften, I kneaded them every day, put then in the dryer with dryer balls. Nothing worked. I misjudged when I bought them and now it’s too late to return them but I can’t sleep on them because I woke up every day with neck pain. NOT what I was looking for. If you want really squishy pillows to sink into, these are NOT them!!!

I love this pillow. I read reviews that it gets flat or that its not soft enough. If the pillow case is too small then it feels hard. It is not flat at all. Great quality! Great price! Perfect thickness. My husband and I actually thought we needed a new mattress due to waking up with neck/back pain but it was the PILLOWS!

I have tried a plethora of different pillows, from high end expensive to memory foam, and started to think I wouldn't find what I was looking for. The search is now over- these down pillows are the answer. I've been using them for a week now, and my quality of sleep has improved significantly. I don't find myself tossing and turning like I used to, which is in and of itself an improvement. They are comfortable, not to soft, not to firm. I'm sleeping deeply, actually feel rested when I wake up.

There's an important step in getting these pillows up to par but it's Very Easy and worth it. They came vacuum packed into a fraction of their normal size. I was worried when I open the package and after I waited 24 hours for these pillows to fluff back up because they really were dreadful. HOWEVER, I had some wool dryer balls on hand and decided to give that a go. 5 or 10 minutes in the dryer (no heat setting) with 3 balls and these pillows were absolutely perfect. I'll probably pop them back in from time to time because it really does have a wonderful effect. I imagine tennis balls would work fine as well. I should also mention, there was no odor, so that was a relief, too.
