Works very well
Works as advertised. Use it for lubricating fire hydrants as town officials prefer this over actual hydrant lube. Use it also to grease up gate valves and OS&Y stems . Great stuff to have on the truck

Out Gases at High Temperature
1) Used in our oven to grease the sliding rails...appears to work OK, but it is outgassing an obnoxious odor - still present after three uses of the oven...not sure how much longer it can be tolerated it before we'll remove the rails and rinse off this grease 2) The can came with an attached brush to the list, buy it was crushed and deformed from being inserted and pressed against the bottom of the container - it is completely useless - I cut if off to stop wasting grease - and used my own small brush. We'll see if we ever use this again...bought it because of food safety and high temperature usefulness.

Heat makes this grease rock hard
I used it to grease the rails in our Miele stream oven. The grease got rock hard after a short time and made the situation worse.
