This is an excellent helpful DVD. I went to physical therapy to strengthen my core because of chronic back pain, which did not help. I gave this DVD a try, and I am glad that I did. It is very instructive and easy to follow with someone describing the exercise and someone doing each exercise. There are 4 levels of exercise along with you. I am still doing level one, but looked ahead at the other levels, and they look very helpful too, so I am looking forward to working my way up through each level.

I wasn't sure about this program since it's new with no reviews but I am so happy I bought it!! After only ONE week my core is stronger which helps my tennis game. I had a small ache in my back and that's also gone. I highly recommend this dvd to anyone who is looking for a stronger core. the instructor's direction is easy to understand. this program is so much cheaper than hiring a personal trainer. They also give you online access. Thank you Rehab Zone!

The RehabZone CD’s are great! I use them several times a week, it’s like having a personal trainer. I do feel stronger, my posture is better and I can do more activities and not get sore after. Carl is engaging and upbeat, I wish he would do more CD’s. Totally worth it!!

Finally made it to the level 2 workout. This is fabulous. Tried it yesterday, really feel it today. This is a terrific program.*** original review ***I thought I was in halfway decent shape; this DVD is showing me otherwise. I'm finding out how much gets neglected when I trust an exercise guru who says his/her program is all I need. I've been doing yoga and various strength training programs for years; recently I thought it's time I raised my game. I've cycled through several video programs; this is one of the first where I broke a sweat.For the moment, their level 1 workout is enough for me. When that becomes not challenging enough, I look forward to trying the other three levels. This is a terrific program.

This is the perfect CORE video! I'm so happy I found this. I feel a difference in my back pain after just one week. The exercises are so easy to follow along and the perfect amount of time.
