Is there لا in these letters? I don't see it

Hi, The set does not contain a separate لا piece. However, to make words like "السلام" you can use the final ending "laam" and the stand alone "alif" as a substitute

Are the dots attached to the correlated letter?

Yes, they are. There is a picture on the listing that shows all the letters laid out, so you can see how they all look.

can you make ANY word? how many words can you make with this set? does it have multiple letters because some words have multiple of the same letter?

It does not. There is only one form (beginning, middle, end) of each letter, so essentially there are three variations of each letter but only one copy of each variation.

Can these letters stick to refrigerators? Or just the included board?

If regular magnets can stick to your fridge, then these can as well. My kids like to stick them on their metal closet doors.
