Very very very very very very very very very good

I have a Samsung Z fold 3 and that has just been a nightmare phone! It's had to go back to Samsung twice now for repairs. The hinge went, the screen broke and the screen protector cracked and lifted. I've only had that phone since September last year. I was at the stage where i was terrified to keep using it. Also the battery life was horrendous!! I have had all 3 fold phones and none of them were great! You think i would have learnt my lesson... As a result i decided to buy the S22 Ultra in burgundy. The phone itself is great. Decent weight, decent screen, and the usual Samsung bloat wear! Having used the phone for 2 days the battery life seems very good, unlike the fold phones! Overall I'm depressed I've had to spend another serious load of cash on another phone, but equally i do really love the handset. Also i have been able to claim the galaxy pro buds via this purchase. For those who have struggled with this claim the Samsung terms state that the phone much be sold/dispatched by Amazon and not a 3rd party seller. My phone was sold and despatched by Amazon so the claim went through in less than 24hrs.

At first after reading the reviews I was hesitant to purchase this phone until I saw a few other positive reviews and decided to go for it. I've had this phone for a few months now and I still haven't encountered an issue yet. Delivery was quite good and it arrived quick and safely. The phone appeared to be in excellent condition upon opening the box and everything was working very well. I originally had a Samsung s8+ which had lasted me a few years until I decided to upgrade to the s22 ultra and everything is better. Battery life is quite solid and lasts throughout the day without any kind of battery saver on, screen is very good and supports 120hz which was new to me as the s8+ did not have a 120hz screen, Its a fast phone and loads everything quickly and efficiently and in my experience, the camera was extremely good and it takes crisp and clear images. Other than that its quite a solid phone and does the job well.

I bought a Samsung S22 Ultra from this vendor, for nearly €1,000. After just 2 months, it stopped connecting to any network, and I was unable to make or receive calls. I hadn't dropped it, it wasn't exposed to moisture, the aerial just stopped connecting to networks. I then had MONTHS of poor service from HiTech! First, they tried to get me to have it fixed locally. This wasn't possible. Next they sent me a UPS label to return it. But, when it arrived, they claimed that the phone was damaged during transit by UPS. They also lied and said that I'd sent the phone to them in a paper bag! Fortunately I had photos of the extra-strength padded shipping envelope that I'd used. Next they said I had to pursue UPS about the damage. I pointed out that it was their UPS account, so they had to talk to UPS. Then they said they'd talk to UPS, but that it would take a long time and I would have to wait until they had been reimbursed for my replacement handset. At this point I involved Amazon, who were very helpful. HiTech reluctantly agreed to "try" and repair it, but said that it would take an indeterminate period of time. This issue is till ongoing FIVE MONTHS after the 8-week old phone stopped working. Just awful quality merchandise, and even worse customer service.

Samsung Galaxy S22Ultra replaced my outdated Samsung Galaxy, hence I was quite familiar with the settings etc. The camera takes much better shots indeed, fingerprint reader is much easier to use. Battery life is very average - depending on how much you use the phone no more than a day for those more active or streaming... Also, an S-pen is part of the phone, which I will hardly use, but there is no opening for ordinary ear plugs, a big minus for me. The company I bought the mobile from, offered a very competitive price indeed. However, be aware that the mobile (at least my one) was imported from Vietnam, without a charger socket, and with instructions in Vietnamese only. After my repeated complaint, the company refunded me £16.00 for a new charger - thank you. The instructions can be found on internet in English, but some features on the phone remained in Vietnamese - for example the festive days in the calendar. Oh well! I could have returned the phone but I have decided to keep it regardless :-)

Brand new

This was what felt like an insane upgrade from the S20 FE to the S22 Ultra 512GB. Everything is fast as possible on this phone. The camera loads fast. Apps load fast. I can have a few apps open and go out of them and onto another app and then 20 minutes later go back to exactly where I was on the first app. The camera quality is insane, there is so much detail in all of my photos and the video is also super smooth. The fingerprint reader is good but it depends a lot on what screen protector you get for the phone. The battery is quite long lasting when gaming or watching videos. The screen quality is immaculate. It is so good looking when watching films or YouTube videos. The built in S-Pen is also a super handy feature if you like to take a lot of notes and the delay between the touch is incredibly low. It is like writing on paper it is so so good.

Although I have bought a couple of Samsung phones for others in my family, this is my first. I was only looking for a decent-sized international version Android phone with dual SIM card capability, a good camera, and the ability to make and receive clear phone calls. But I was already impressed during the first ten minutes of setup where I had the option to not install about twenty apps which people call bloatware. So, zero bloatware on my phone! The camera and video settings on this phone are comparable to my DSLR cameras. Included is an S Pen if you feel like writing or drawing. The battery life is very good depending on how you use your phone. If you love photography, then I highly recommend the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G.

The S pen dont even conect to the phone and i recieve à charger that didnt even work with the Phone, 😶

Very bad and recieved used phone.Its activated on 2022 . ordered 2025 . Now its not working. Complaint not yet resolved . Requested for return almost one month.No one collected yet

Prodotto eccezionale, l'ho preso usato in buone condizioni e non ha nessun graffio o ammaccature, solo qualche segno di usura sui bordi, ma per il prezzo è incredibile. Spedizione velocissima, l'ho ordinato il 10 febbraio con la consegna era prevista tra il 20 e il 25 febbraio, e alla fine è arrivato in solo 4 giorni dall'ordine. ON TOP

Neuware ohne technische Mängel. Lieferungszeit akzeptabel. Allerdings wurde unterschlagen, dass das Gerät mit einem amerikanischem CSC/Branding ausgeliefert wird, was dazu führt, dass keine Systemupdates verfügbar sind/ sein werden.
