こちらの商品は釣り用小型UVライトの定番、プロックス「根●権蔵」や、オーナー「最●UVライト」より遥かに強力、しかもUSB充電式で大変オススメです。 ■夜光（グロー）の蓄光用途 照射した途端、秒で蓄光完了。光を当てたときの素材の反応があきらかに違います。普通のヘッドライト等で蓄光されている方は違いに驚かれることでしょう。（特に100均の蓄光シールなどは照射中の光り方・反射が尋常ではない） 素材の奥までよりしっかりと蓄光できるような感覚なので、通常のライトで蓄光させた場合より発光時間も伸びていると感じます。 ※まれに普通のLEDライトを当てた方が強く発光する素材もあるので使い分けてください。（自身所有ではエコギアのワームなど） ■ルアーのコーティング・補修・接着用途 現在100均でもルアー用コーティング液（UVレジン）が販売されていますが、これを素早く固めるにはUVライトが必須です。 ウレタンは硬化まで時間がかかる・少量でいい場合など、手軽なコーティング・補修・接着用にUVレジンがあるととても便利です。（皮膜はカチカチではなく若干軟質でウレタンに劣らず強い。瞬間接着剤と違いクリアで滑らか） ■その他 やはり乾電池不要のUSB充電式は非常に便利で経済的。光量が落ちてきたかなと感じてもすぐにMAXパワー復活。（乾電池式だとバンバン交換は勿体ない＝パワー減の状態で使う時間が長くなる） 本体はコンパクトで質感も高いですが、凹凸のない円筒形かつサラッと手触りもよいので、落とさないよう注意が必要です。（ストラップは必須、本体に輪ゴムを巻くだけでもグリップが違います） 防水性はないので、釣り場ではジップ袋に入れて使うなど、濡らさないよう注意が必要です。 なお、先端のゴールド部分は注意喚起のシールなので不要であれば剥がせます。 とにかく今まで使用してきた小型UVライトとは比較にならないほどハイパワー。 光源の違いなどはよくわかりませんが、さすが10W・365nmの最新型は違いますね。 自分の場合はあくまで釣り用での購入ですが、試しに家中を探索してみて唖然……。見なかったことにしました笑 家庭の汚れあぶり出し用途で購入される方は、あまりにも見えすぎるので覚悟が必要ですね。長文失礼しました。

Bought it to check US currency bills for the security strip. Works great! Bonus: A family member's elderly dog has bladder troubles, so this came in handy for the purpose of locating and cleaning up dog urine. The rechargeable battery holds a charge for over a month. Easy to operate, compact and did what I needed it to do and more. Happy with this purchase.

Works great. I use it to charge my UV fishing lures. Also I can take this into the store and see what lures glow the brightest. And I can see what hunting clothing that claims to be no UV is actually no UV. Been taking it with me to look at used RV's a well to see water damage. Battery lasts a while

This light works TOO WELL. I got it in order to find out where else my cat may have peed and not only did I find out, I found probably 200 years of god knows what. I live in a 200 year old converted house and there are things on my walls that are probably older than I am. It also works crazy well for finding lint, as it turns out. I bet you didn't know that even if your painted walls look uniform in color...they aren't. Or that you could find out whether tobacco smokers have smoked in a place using a black light. I got a second hand couch and it looks clean, but I'm sure you can guess what I found. Dont' get me started on my visually spotless toilet and sink :( One of my sheets had splotches on it despite being clean and having no odour so I guess if there's some invisible damage or change made to your fabric items, you'll be able to see it with a blacklight. Anyway, it works really well. It's bright, or whatever you call it. Stuff shows up extremely well. It has a nice weight to it and doesn't feel cheap. The packaging was straight to the point and included a charging cable and a wrist strap (so that you don't accidentally throw it at somebody when you gesture in shock at what you find, surely). It worked out of the box but I'm charging it up now so I can traumatize myself some more and check my work after a Deep Deep Cleaning this weekend. I guess that could be a potential downside. You might night want to touch anything in your home ever again if you look at it with a blacklight.
