Do i need anti-seize lubricant with these spark plugs?

You definitely should use antiseize. Anyone who tells you different doesn't know what they're talking about. GM tech for 20 years, and I never installed a spark plug without antiseize, ever! It's even more crucial in an aluminum head.

Will these work for 2014 chevy silverado ltz 5.3?

I have a 2014 5.3 LT and they fit my silverado. Check with a local parts store if your not sure.I bought a replacement plug at sanels.
