Way better than Craftsman! All the sockets have machined edges, that keeps them from slipping. Precision fit. The racheting wrenches are sturdy. The The 1/4 , 3/8, 1/2 inch ratchets are very sturdy, thick handle. My opinion way better than Craftsman! Get this tool set! It is way better Quality than I thought! I'm glad I bought this tool set!

I have other brands of pass- through socket sets but this Channellock Ultra Access set has a feature not seen in others I have purchased. To my pleasant surprise, this set has a locking feature that prevents the socket from being pushed out of the wrench without pressing the release on the wrench head.I don’t know why other sets lack this feature, it is a necessary feature if you intend to hit full use of this tool. Awesome quality and price point.

Bought this mostly automotive use (tightening/loosening strut tops) but it also works really well for places you need a low profile ratchet and socket. The sockets fit a lot of different nut/bolt heads which is nice. But if you need to really break a larger (17mm or up) bolt/nut loose you’ll need your trusty 1/2” set ups. Comes with extension and 3/8” adapter if you need a quick swap to using regular sockets. For the price totally worth keeping in the tool box

The tools are fine. The case it came in was broken at the hinge on arrival. If I need to bring to case anywhere which is why it exists, the tools will not stay in their respective places. Kind of a bummer. I cannot exchange for a replacement either. This is not intended to be a bad review because I'm still happy with this set. The ratchet is solid and that's usually the first thing that would go in a set tlike this. With proper cleaning and maintenance when needed, I'm sure this set will last for many many years to come!

I bought this tool kit to keep in the trunk of my old commuter car along with a few other tools. They are pretty good quality for the price and there is a good selection of tools in a fairly sturdy carry case. So far I have used them to change oil and replace a leaky radiator hose and they worked fine.These are not the kind of tools that a professional auto mechanic would rely on but they are perfect for the occasional user. I plan to get another set to keep behind the seat of mt pickup truck too. If I break down on the side of the road these tools would give me a fighting chance to make a emergency repair and not need a tow truck.

Just what I needed. If you are installing front struts on your car you will need these pass through sockets. When you use a long socket to tighten the top strut nut the strut rod will also turn. I used the 22mm pass through socket with the ratching wrench, the top of the strut rod goes through the 22mm socket. This allows you to use a 9mm socket and wrench. The 9mm socket with wrench keeps the strut rod from turning allowing to tighten the 22mm strut nut to the specified torq.

Love the product - it is quality built and it serves its purpose magnificently. HOWEVER, I am giving it a 3-star rating at this time due to the ratchet's locking mechanism for securely fastening the sockets or socket extension to itself failing after approximately 8-10 usages. I was having to hold the sockets/ratchet together while in use. I hope to raise this 3-star rating once I am in receipt of the new ratchet from Channellock Inc. (lifetime warranty), as I have shipped my failed ratchet (my cost for shipping) to Channellock's PA headquarters in order to receive my new ratchet (their shipping cost) - hopefully soon.
