Nellie & Joes Juice Key West Lime, 2 Pack (16 ounces)

I am so thankful for this product. I live in a very rural small city, and our market does not have key limes. So, I turned to Amazon to find key lime juice for a recipe I had found for Key Lime Poundcake that I wanted to bake and take to a recipe exchange. Fortunately, I came across Nellie and Joes Key West Lime Juice. It's hard to understand how I could get two 16-ounce bottles delivered to my home for the price I paid, but I am not complaining. I needed the juice in time to take it to my event and it arrived exactly in the timeframe promised. I love that! On top of that, the juice made the most delicious pound cake I have ever tasted, and there was no cake left when I went home. The juice does contain a preservative, but it is necessary to keep the juice fresh. And really, if you are eating pound cake healthy isn't the biggest concern anyway. Just deliciousness. I cannot imagine the cake would have tasted better with fresh key lime juice. Now I have a lot of juice for other delicious drinks, foods and desserts. I took photos of the recipe in case you want to try it. The cake turned out so well I wanted to share it with you.

Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime Juice is a staple in my kitchen. It has a bright, tangy lime flavor that works wonderfully in pies, desserts, marinades, and drinks. I love the convenience of having bottled lime juice available when I don’t have fresh limes on hand. The two-pack is especially handy and gives me plenty to use for multiple recipes. This is the best lime juice. I use it on everything. I put it on my rice, my my vegetables (broccoli) and my chickeb from Costco. I use a little garlic salt and so yummy. I go though tons of it. I buy lots. I keep it in the fridge so it stays fresh. I always get the two-pack. It is way better than the real lime stuff that is twice as much. Highly recommend this!

This key lime juice is the best. It's tart and tangy with a nice citrus finish. Especially good with sparking water; very refreshing. Also used it to make key lime popsicles and they were delicious.

Love this lime juice. I put it in my water every morning to get my day started. Very refreshing! I am on my third bottle.

Update this lime juice is good. Very Tart I use it to make limeaid and for recipes.

I have bought this product multiple times & have never regretted. No need to worry about finding fresh key limes or juicing a gazillion of them. I have made multiple ice box key lime pies & multiple key lime no bake cheesecakes. All were well received!!

Great key lime juice; perfect for spritzers or (of course) Key Lime Pie! Follow the recipe on the bottle but try it with a chocolate cookie pie crust instead of a graham cracker pie crust—to die for!
