I’m a therapist and use this game frequently in my office. What I love compared to the regular UNO “feelings” game is that it also has prompts/questions for kids to answer that also make them reflect on their behaviors or what worked for them / how they handled things that made them angry before. The kids love it and they like to get competitive so they don’t even realize they’re learning coping skills and all! It’s fun. The cards are bigger than UNO cards but that doesn’t bother me! The cards are thick and durable so they don’t sit and bend them when they’re anxious. Worth it for a therapist office!

Our family loves this game. Kid gets practice reading and talking through feelings. Really fun Uno gameplay.

I was introduced to this game in my counseling internship, and bought it for my own practice once I graduated. My child clients love it! It's super easy to play if they already know how to play Uno, and helps the kids learn and talk about anger and calming skills. I pulled it out with some clients who I've worked with for a while, and they were really excited to tell me their answers because they were proud of themselves for their knowledge and use of what they've learned in therapy. It was really neat to see, and I'm excited to use them again and again. The cards are well-made, sturdy but still easy to shuffle, questions and prompts are well-written, and the illustrations are cute. I highly recommend these to therapists and even parents.

This was a great game it plays like Uno but you go through cards and read questions that you answer with a story regarding anger and helps build ways of handling anger. The only thing I will say is when you are playing the game I am the kind of person whom it is hard to think of a story when I felt angry on the spot to share during the game in order to play and make it interesting. However, my family and I (which includes my 9yo, husband, friend, and I) really enjoyed it. It is also no terribly long so you have time o play more rounds!

Probably my best order ever off Amazon. My son is 8 and has been struggling with his emotions and communicating with me. This has been an incredibly fun way for us to connect. It's also really fun and high quality deck. I'm thibk if buying another set for when they go to their grandma's house. This is great. I highly recommend it.

A great therapy game for kids!

This game was recommended by a child therapist I work with. Kids love it. Use professionally and personally. Easy to use and has question that are easy for children to understand. I’ve use with children age 6-16. Cards are a little thicker than typical card deck. Can play with or with out question.

I'm a therapist who works with kids K-12. This is a great game for kids (about 3rd grade to 8th) who don't really want to engage in therapeutic stuff. It's especially helpful for boys who struggle with communication because it gets conversations started. It's a good compromise if they just want to play a game because they are still doing quite a bit of work but it's actually fun.

It has four different approaches to anger and while being very easy and fun to play. Kids and parents love this game

This game really engages my son, who has autism. It actually benefited all of us.
