Great tape! It is not like duct tape (as described by some reviewer), duct tape is for use on ducts-it does not tear easily-in fact, not at all-you need a sharp scissor or utility knife. Yes, the adhesive is very good-it will stick to your scissors eventually-just clean them off with some goof-off or something similar. The cross filament makes it very strong unlike single filament tape which sometimes does not come off the roll in one strip (I bought a roll here and it sucked). I do a great deal of shipping and am in the process of moving-this tape is well worth it! Its 3" width makes whatever you are packing extra safe. This is my second purchase and when I need more, this is the tape I am buying.

Much stronger hold , doesn't start coming away from the box as clear packing tape does. Some boxes seem to be slightly coated with a substance that keeps tape from sticking securely; this tape solves that problem nicely.

Far superior to single-direction filament tapes. Very tough. Can be formed into strong carrying handles over cardboard boxes for example. A bit hard to cut. I stick one end to the edge of a table and then pull the roll to the right length. I hold the length of tape taut and then slice with a SHARP knife. Scissors are useless. The aggressive adhesive sticks to the blades.

This tape is surprisingly strong - stronger than the adhesive. When I tried to break it, it just unstuck. I suppose that's good, but maybe the manufacturer can make an adhesive that matches the strength? In any case, a day after adhering it, the adhesives sets up better.

Very Strong with thick fibers. You will need scissors or a blade. The take was wide enough to seal a heavy box with a single line down the center. I added some around the top and over the sides and it held up perfectly travelling about 3,000 miles.

Does its job well.

Well made, good thickness. Cuts easily with a strapping tape holder.

Fiber-reinforced tape is the BEST when you want a really STRONG tape. (You CANNOT break it manually, or -- as best I can tell - even with sharpe incisors!) HOWEVER, the aggravating aspect of fiber-reinforced tape is that it will sometimes begin to tear, PARALLEL to those fibers. The beauty of this tape, is that it has reinforced fibers running lengthwise AND at a 90-degree angle to those fibers. So, you MUST have a keen knife blade, or decent scissors to cut it. How well does it work (stick and endure) over a long time? I don't know. I've bought it to provide (hopefully) EXCELLENT strength and adhesion for the folding, electric bike I'm taking on an upcoming plane ride from the U.S. to Europe. (By the way -- a GREAT way to get about most anywhere you travel to . . . if you have access to outlets so as to recharge the bike's battery.) I've tried this double-reinforced tape on a few small packages, and it seems to work VERY well. As in so much of life . . . only time will tell . . .
