LOVE THIS DOUBLE TOWEL BAR! Should’ve ordered much sooner as we have a small bathroom and it’s perfect for being able to hang 2 towels completely flat so they dry faster. They don’t touch each other while hanging and the the bar itself is very sturdy and a nice polished look. Also versatile as you can hang it in 2 different directions.

I like it. The rack was easy to hang, I did it myself. You will need a level, a measuring tape and Phillips screwdriver. I purchased the shortest rack to use for guest towels. Unique and interesting

This is the third Kokosiri towel bar I've purchased because they're beautiful and well made. This time I tried the "Used – Very Good" option, but it arrived scratched and bent. Although Amazon offered a full refund upon return, they couldn't replace a used item. I contacted Kokosiri directly, and they responded the next morning. Within days, a new replacement was delivered, which arrived in perfect condition and looks great installed. Excellent product and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this product and company.

Looks great! Very sturdy, easy to mount and looks nice/goes with the rest of my bathroom. I had my towels on hooks and they weren’t drying/got musty smelling so I hope this double bar will eliminate that issue!

great towel bar at a great price!

I like the bar, but it was clearly a return and came with no hardware or templet. We hung it anyway, as we needed something to use. The instructions even say to email if missing installation hardware. I did just that, and then they asked for order number. I dont believe anything will/can be done. But we at least had hardware, but the templet would have been handy.

After building a new house, I have learned to check and recheck dimensions. Most of us don’t give much attention to how far a towel rod bar sticks out (its depth). This is a thoughtful 2-bar design with a minimal depth footprint as compared to other towel bars I considered. The hardest part for me was ensuring the mounting screws on either end were level, but that’s true for any rod. This bar looks nice and is sturdy.

This towel bar was just what I was looking for: one that can hold two larger towels at once so they can dry properly after use. The installation was pretty straightforward, although I did run into one minor issue. The instructions mainly focus on installing the included wall anchors, which are necessary when a stud isn't located where you want to hang the bar. That all went fine, but there were no instructions explaining how the second bar should be installed and tightened. There are obvious receptacles on the main bar for it, and it becomes clear that you need to rotate the loose outer flanges on the receptacles onto the threaded posts of the second bar. In my case, doing so didn't tighten properly at first. After some experimentation, I figured out that you need to pull up on the flange of the receptacle while rotating it to catch the threads on the bar for it to tighten up. Also, each receptacle flange needed to be turned in different directions (clockwise and counterclockwise) to tighten, which was not obvious. It would have been nice if the directions had provided an illustration showing this, which would have saved me some frustration. The installation kit consists of a long cardboard template that I almost missed because it's the same color as the box and looks like part of the packing materials. This is an essential part of the installation, so be sure to look for it when you unpack everything. Also, the kit provides two types of wall anchors without explanation: one set of traditional expanding anchors (6 of them for four holes - I guess they give you extras in case of mess-ups), and another set of much larger diameter plastic anchors that are screwed into the drywall without any drilling. I've used this type of anchor before with mixed results - if they don't fasten properly due to soft drywall, they leave larger holes to patch - so I used the traditional ones, which worked well. I have an unfortunate "gift" that causes me to notice any straight edges that aren't perfectly straight. In this case, the top (second) bar after installation has a very slight curve across its length, most likely due to the distance between the two receptacles for its threaded mounts being slightly shorter than the bar's mounts. I'm pretty sure that the vast majority of people on the planet would not notice or care about this. I also understand that while making such a wide towel bar increases the chance of this effect, and that it has no effect whatsoever on its function, it does annoy me a bit. What matters most is that both bars are sturdy enough to work well, and my wife is happy with it. Our towel drying problem has been solved.

We’ve bought several Kokosiri products and are extremely happy with the quality of every item. The black, matte finish is perfect to add the final touch to our newly modernized bathrooms. The 2-tier standing towel rack is ideal for our ensuite bathroom. After extending the size of our shower, we did not have wall space for a hanging towel rack. This heavy based, rust-proof, mobile rack is a stylish solution. The marble base is sturdy and weighty. It was easy to assemble. We intstalled a double-rail wall mounted towel rack in our second bathroom, which comfortably holds two towels with plenty of space between them so they can dry out. We’ve installed the matching robe hooks and toilet paper holders in both bathrooms, and all are sturdy, easy to clean, and do not show fingerprints. We had a slight issue with one item. I emailed Kokosiri’s service department directly and received a same-day reply. The issue was resolved immediately and without additional cost. I highly recommend Kokosiri products.
