Can you use this product everyday?

Question 2

Why is this not working for me.  Just spent $62 on this!!  Is anyone else having trouble with this product?

I worked up to 12 before it worked for me, but it is the first thing that worked....ever. Eventually I went down and then off, but my problems returned so I've been on 3-4 capsules every night for 9 years or so. If I have dairy, I take 6 that night. If you don't take with food, you will feel burning like nothing else you have ever experienced. So have at least a piece of toast or something with healthy fat in it.

I've been constipated for years. Will this product replace laxatives?

Start w one capsule at lunch or dinner…if no significant bowel movement the next morning, increase to two, three, four, etc each subsequent evening until you have a significant movement…if you have a history of constipation, you will likely need more, up to four pills or more initially and possibly for awhile…find your dose that gives the result, continue with that dose until you notice it’s over-working (ie after a few significant movements in the morning, you keep going little bits throughout the day after you eat), if/when you notice it’s overworking, then decrease by one, two, etc working your way eventually to a minimal dose that gets you the best result.

Eat half your meal, take it, then eat the rest of your meal…very important to ‘sandwich’ the pill or pills with plenty of food before and plenty after otherwise you will feel the spices from the pill bubble up…if this happens, eat something/drink some water to push it down…best to try to avoid this simply by being conscious about taking it properly…

It usually works about 12-16 hours later, depending on the kind of food (animal flesh/products and processed food have no to low fiber so they get stuck in the bowel longer) and the current condition of your digestion…I usually take 1 around 3-4pm…works by 8 am. There are and have been times where I’ve needed 2 depending on the kind of food, hydration, stress, etc..

First thing upon rising, before drinking/eating anything else, drink about 30-40 ounces of room temperature water (I prepare a jug the night before) to help hydrate the bowel and get things going…you should have at least one to four major movements…

Important tips for success:

Take the right amount for you, sandwiched’ w food…

Drink at least 30-40 ounces room temp water, first thing in the morning to help hydrate the bowel and get things moving…

*I do not get as good of a result without these two tips 👆

We’ve used this for nearly 15 years…it ABSOLUTELY works amazingly, praise God, when taken correctly.  I did get to a place where I was able to stop using it for a couple of years but after returning to flying I’ve needed it again bc of the unnatural lifestyle and schedule, etc…my mom also has taken it successfully for many years and when she stopped, her diverticulitis returned and she ended up in the hospital…her dr recommended she keep taking it bc it’s the only thing that helps her…
