This is such a cute combo! I would say it definitely would fit 5+ month olds better than my 3 month old but I would 10/10 buy this again if I ever needed to. The fit is on the larger side. The quality is decent but the wrinkles are hard to get out of the cap. I used the dryer, wrinkle remover spray, and a steamer…. Some of those wrinkles were deep and persistent. My baby didn’t complain, no weird tag placements and the interior was good stitching for a comfortable fit. The price is good for what you get.
