I was drawn to the tube, as it's a pretty pink and I like to use attractive lipstick tubes. I purchased both the berry and warm carrot. Each which is packed well and came in their own little plastic sealed box. If you wanted to give one to a friend, unopened, you can. This is a nice lip balm with a moisturizing feel. No noticeable scent, and when I put it on, It leaves a nice pink tint on the lips that lasts through a little eating and drinking meaning, it's lower maintenance for reapplication than a lipstick cream, which is nice. It's true to the science behind color changing lipsticks, so the tint of either the berry or orange (warm carrot - cute name) shade can be varying degrees of pink on the lips, depending on your skin's individual pH and moisture levels.
