This is an extremely high-quality ice pack. They are very generous with the amount of gel filling, so there is a lot of thermal mass allowing you to ice joints for extended periods without it getting warm. One of the things I like most is the pliability of the ice pack even when it is straight out of the freezer. It remains very soft at all temperatures, so it is easy to bend and shift the filling material around when needed. Finally, it is absolutely perfect for knees, as the tri-fold design allows it to wrap around and make contact with the entire lateral, medial, and anterior parts of the knee even while you are sitting with the knee bent at a 90-degree angle. I highly recommend this product.

These work exactly as advertised. I purchased my first one of these in 2011, and it still has nor tears, leaks or other problems. They say it doesn't 'sweat' or frost up, and that is true. They are very flexible right out of the freezer, and stay cold a long time. Made in USA is a plus for me, also.

I'll be honest, I almost didn't buy this because it doesn't look like a normal ice pack. That said it has become one of the most cost-efficient and effective ones I own. It also stays cold the longest and is able to target my pain areas, especially in my shoulder. I don't even need anything to hold it there just sits wrapped in a pillowcase because it's the perfect size it stays put.

I bought these cold packs to put inside my pillowcase. They are very helpful during Migraine attacks and they do not sweat or get my pillow wet. They're comfortable. I highly recommend.

I recently broke my shoulder and the pain was unbearable. My Ortho doc wouldn't prescribe much of the "good" medication that actually works. Out of desperation, I started to look for something that I could put on my shoulder and arm to get some relief. I looked at everything imaginable...all different kinds of gel packs etc. I came across this product that has what I think is some sort of clay inside. I can't believe how much relief it's given me. I can use it hot or cold depending on what I need. This set of two is perfect because I can keep one in the freezer and one out so I could stick it in the microwave when I need to. If you use it hot from the microwave, just be careful that you put some sort of cloth between your skin and the pack. I use a couple of bandanas until it cools off a bit and then I just put it directly on my skin. It's very pliable whether it's hot or cold and it has weight to it which helps it to get into the places that hurt the most. My shoulder fracture is taking forever to heal, and these packs are getting me through it.

This gel pack is wonderful. Nice and big so one doesn’t have to constantly have to adjust. Stays cold a long time. Did not try it warmed. The cover has a nice nap to it and does not sweat.

I really like these cold pack. They are soft You have to break them in a little. But the right fit for around my neck, and on my shoulders.

This is an excellent product. Since I sleep on my side, sometimes my neck is sore in the morning. I use this to help reduce the tightness. Excellent value for this item. It's easy to use and it stays cold a long time. This size is perfect for my neck and shoulders and fits great.

These are the best cold packs. Stay cold for a long time and mold to your limb while cold. I have had this two pack for three years and they are still like new.

I ordered these for icing after my knee replacement and they worked well. Easily moldable and hold the cold for a good while. They r thick and have some weight but it was ok.

This is my 3rd purchase of this product. I keep several on hand as I need them for my knees and arm. The product is so flexible and when I use it as a cold pack it revives mobility which I much need!!!! Wonderful product!!!

We have had one of these for over 10 years and it has always been a go to for an ice pack in the freezer. It’s malleable and does not dig in like a solid ice pack normally would. I specifically went looking for this exact ice pack and found it here.
