direct replacement for my Woods RD 72 finish mower
I purchased two of these idler wheels to replace failed ones on my mower. They were identical to the old ones but I did have to press out the spacer on the old wheels and transfer them to these idlers which do not include them. The old spacer reduces the axle size from 5/8" down to 1/2" and properly spaces the wheel off the mounting bracket on the mower.

Inform potential buyers that a shoulder sleeve will be needed before the pulley is functional.
The pulley is as expected, and fits my needs. However, much better could have been provided by informing me -- and offering the item for me to buy -- if you had said that a shoulder sleeve that fits inside the pulley so that it can be mounted on a vertical bolt/stud would have been very helpful. I had to visit a local tractor dealer to order the sleeve from Woods at significant expense for a $1.95 item.
