塩分控えめのオールドベイです。 えび、ホタテ などに使うと手軽な一品なので、常備してます。 塩分控えめがあったので買って見ました。 味は変わらず。 でも、小さいくせに高い！！

I've been a long-time fan of Old Bay Seasoning and was excited to try the 30% less sodium version. I'm thrilled to say it doesn't disappoint! The same beloved blend of herbs and spices comes through without the overpowering saltiness. Now, I can freely sprinkle it on my dishes without worrying about my sodium intake.

One of my favorite ways to use it is on popcorn, and I also use it on eggs, in bisquick for biscuits, in soups, etc. It adds flavor but it's never overpowering, IMO. I watch my sodium and very glad for the less sodium option.

I got the small pack to try as I did not know what to expect but the Old Bay is a great taste and recommended. Next time I will get the bigger pack which is more economic. I came across the brand in a recipe for Jambalaya and for that it was very good but I am sure it would liven up many more dishes like Spag Bol.

Usually Old Bay is a wonderful seasoning blend for seafood with far too much salt. This corrects the problem. Main complaint is that this package is a bit overpriced for a very small container. But a little goes a long way and it is arguably worth it for the real thing. If you like Old Bay but always hated its saltiness give this a try.
