I was trying to cut down on energy drinks because they were making me feel wired and weird. I still wanted something that tasted good but did not mess me up. So I tried this sparkling drink that says it helps you chill and focus. I figured why not, maybe it would take the edge off a long day. At least the can looked cool sitting on my desk. The taste is actually pretty nice, kind of light and clean with just enough fizz. It is not too sweet which I like. I could sip it while working and not feel like I was drinking candy. It has stuff like magnesium and mushrooms with fancy names, but I just call it “the calm juice.” It gave me a mellow vibe without knocking me out. I noticed I stayed more focused while doing boring stuff on the computer. My brain felt steady instead of bouncing around like usual. It also didn’t upset my stomach like some drinks do. The best part is I didn’t crash later, just felt normal. That’s kind of rare these days. There are a couple little cons though. It’s not cheap, and the flavor might taste kind of earthy if you’re not used to that. But honestly, it’s grown on me. It’s like a chill version of a soda for adults who have too much on their mind. I’d say it’s worth keeping a few in the fridge for stressful days.

I love these drinks! They give a soothing relaxation and sense of calm. They taste great! I pour them in a special glass and it really helps me avoid alcohol. They are a little expensive but I do subscribe and save and it helps me save some money!

Doesn’t really relax me. And the raspberry blossom tastes like my saddle leather. Cannot drink it. Gross. The other flavors are ok. Cherry lime is best. I think they should offer only that flavor

I’ll be honest—I didn’t buy this expecting much. A lot of “wellness” drinks claim to help you relax, but the taste is usually… questionable. Not this one. The first night I tried it, I ended up drinking two—not because it didn’t work, but because it tasted that good. The flavors are light, refreshing, and not overly sweet or artificial tasting. The Wild Strawberry and Blood Orange especially stood out. As for the “calm” effect, it’s subtle but noticeable. It’s not going to knock you out, but it definitely takes the edge off and helps you unwind without feeling groggy or weird. Big plus: no added sugar, and I don’t feel guilty reaching for one in the evening instead of something less healthy. Only warning: if you’re buying this strictly for relaxation, pace yourself—you might end up drinking more than one just because it’s so enjoyable. Would definitely repurchase.

I am starting to love this product. My PCP recommended this product for stress and insomnia. It took a while for me to feel it working but I can tell a difference in my sleep. I still wake up in the night but I do not stay up. I decided to try the mix variety this time. I was disappointed with this packaging. The fist case I ordered arrived in a box. This one just had plastic around them and one of the cans busted. I am planning to order another case. Hopefully, this case will not have a busted can. They are expensive for me to not get the full money’s worth but I understand you can’t help what happens during shipping.

I really enjoy this beverage, it is refreshing and taste great, it's low in calorie and sugar with clean ingredients. Its a natural mocktail. I get almost immediate relief, so if you are in need of a drink to relax and eliminate stress, I highly recommend this sparkling adaptogen seltzer. Also, I have experienced all 4 flavors and they all taste good.

Great product. Great taste. All the flavors are good. The cherry lime being my favorite of the bunch. I will be buying these again the future.
