I’ve been using C4 pre-workout drink for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. First and foremost, the taste is incredible – it’s like a treat before hitting the gym! But what really impresses me is the sustained energy boost it provides without any jitters or trouble sleeping at night. Whether I’m gearing up for an intense workout session or powering through a busy day, C4 keeps me alert and focused without any unpleasant side effects like palpitations. It’s become an essential part of my routine, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable pre-workout supplement that delivers both in taste and performance.

I just started taking this pre workout this week and so far, I love it. I feel like I have doubled my calorie burn during my workouts. It gives me the perfect amount of energy and makes me sweat! The taste is not that good though. If you take it with the amount of water it calls for, it's not to bad. But I like to use about 4 ounces of water to a scoop and it taste like poison when you do it that way. Regardless of the taste, I will be ordering again!

A couple of things to note: the powder can sometimes be a bit clumpy, so shaking it well is essential. Also, it’s quite potent, so starting with a smaller serving is a good idea if you’re sensitive to stimulants.

Pros - You sweat a ton - I liked the taste of the lemon ice - it is pretty tart and has a bit of heat after taste though - It definitely gave me a boost in energy to the point it continued after my 2 hour workout Cons - Can make your throat burn due to the capsimax cayenne extract - The tingling feels a lot like little pricking all over your skin and this is much more intense than the C4 Sport - It made me a little nauseous, but I've heard if you eat a bit before sometimes that helps

So glad this is back in stock. had to use their orange creamsicle (I don't like berry type flavors). The orange creamsicle tasted HORRIBLE.

C4 shred is a favorite/go to for me. The lemon lime is a little bit sweet and lemonade like at first then has a slight sour after taste. But all and all pleased and would buy it again. Disappointed that the flavors range the price so much. Will only buy on sales/discounts because personally 40+ for prework out is expensive. But it is a good product, definitely gives thay tingly energetic feeling

Edit: I’m coming back and editing my review and dropping a Star. I subscribed and “saved” to get a new container and every month the price has gone up. For me, the price says $52-54 for a 30 serving container before taxes. The basic C4 is like $20 something. I find this odd. Curious if everyone else has a similar price of the $52-54 and noticed the monthly price increases for seemingly no reason. I’ve bought the OG C4 years ago and it didn’t do anything for me. I bought this one a few months ago since my usual pre was out of stock. The taste is awful, to be fair, most pre tastes bad to me. But this one burns when you drink it so I take 1 star off. That being said, the effects from it are great. I LOVE a pre that makes me jittery and itchy and this delivers. I saw someone else say they felt bloated and I think I’ve experienced that as well. I did abs first when I got to the gym once and nearly had to vomit for some reason but other than that good experience and I’m buying my second container. I prefer pump igniter black, but they’ve been out of stock on Amazon for months now unfortunately.

This is my 'go to pre-workout'. Bang for buck can't be beat. Lifetime customer. Thank you for a great product,
