Will this fit the scuff vantage 2 controller joystick ?

They will fit in but the base width will mess with your controls when you use them and they will crumble if you try to resize without tools

Could i use these for my ps3 controller?

I believe so but not 100% sure.

Do these work for scuf impact?

They're pretty resilient for the most part. The only issue I had is that they tend to slide off a little when playing . I tend to push hard on the thumb sticks which is most likely the cause though.
