I have had for 3-4 months and here are my thoughts. (I will update if need be). Pros: 1. IT LOOKS JUST LIKE THE PICTURES! The color is fabulous, the little gold legs are fabulous. 2. Actually comfortable. I was concerned that it would be uncomfortable, especially after sitting on it for a while, but I have fallen asleep on it a few times and I think that says a lot. 3. Customizable. You can put the long seat on either side, just be aware when you're building it that you are putting it on the side you want. I did not do this and I had to take a bunch of it apart and put it together again. 4. One person can definitely put it together, however, if you can get someone to help you it would be much MUCH easier. 5. THE VALUE. For real. The value of this couch is kinda unreal. Very impressed honestly. Cons: 1. Comes in a very big, very heavy box. I don't know how the delivery person got it up the stairs because it was a nightmare to get it the 3ft from my porch into my apartment (maybe also a pro though because someone is less likely to be able to steal it). 2. This is not a con for me, but maybe for someone else. The back of the couch is definitely lower than other sofas. I'm 5"6 and the back comes up to just under my shoulders. Again i dont mind this as Im a couch sloucher anyways, but if you want a really high back, this may not be the sofa for you. 3. Cleaning. This has a lot to do with the color (which is my fault) but I'm not super sure how I would clean if I spilled something that stains on it. It has a velvet-ish texture and I don't think you can just throw it in the wash. I'm just trying to be super super careful that I don't spill anything on it, but if you have animals or kids this could also be something to consider. Tip: The first thing I would do when you open the box is take the cushions out of their bags and let them inflate while you build the rest of the couch.

I've been searching for a yellow couch with a sectional that would work for my tiny house (399 Sq ft) and this one is perfect for my space. Reading other reviews was very helpful. Undoing the black disc thing in each of the back pillows did bring them more to life. The back is on the lower side. I'm 5'6" and the tops of my shoulders hit exactly at the top of the back pillows. I knew this before buying based on the measurements listed and reviews, however it's not an issue for me. It is a but on the firm side but still has a good "squish" to it. It could use a little lumbar support, but that's what throw pillows are for! Putting the couch together was actually pretty simple. The part that I had the most struggle with were the cushion covers. I was so afraid to break the zipper, but with patience, I got it all in. I got the yellow, which I can tell from the pictures listed and I reviews is more of a goldy-yellow. The representation is accurate, except for the 3rd picture in the listing, which shows it as much darker for some reason. The photo I posted was taken at night with the overhead light on. While I didn't necessarily need customer service, I did reach out to the seller just to make sure I could install the chaise on the left, which they quickly responded back with a yes-it can be installed on either side. After ordering, I got a message letting me know that they are here to answer questions if needed. Very responsive and clearly willing to help. I ordered on 2/22 with an expected delivery of 2/29-3/1 but it actually arrived on 2/26! It does come in a 113 lb box so definitely make sure you have help getting it inside, or unbox it on your porch, like I did, and bring the parts inside individually. For the price, it's a really great quality couch and I'm very happy with my purchase! My puppy loves it too!

I’ve had this couch for a year and a half or so now, and I would say overall I am satisfied! The couch is pretty firm, but has enough give to still be pretty comfy. Assembly was easy enough (and I’m not the best at assembling furniture), however they didn’t provide instructions on connecting the chaise piece to the other two seats. I wound up just using some of the remaining pieces to do so. I will say, the box it arrives in is VERY heavy. I live in a small space, so I enjoy how much storage there is underneath. I’m about 5’3 and can comfortably lay down on it, which is a huge plus. I do also love that the covers are removable–very essential given the cream color! Now that it’s been a while and I’m on the hunt for a new couch, there are a few things I think are important to mention. The lack of sturdy armrests can make it a little awkward to sit on, since there’s not much to lean on. The firmness of the couch, combined with the relatively short back cushions, does tend to make my lower back hurt after a while of sitting. I don’t often use the chaise either, as I find it’s not very comfortable when you can’t sink into the couch very much. I will also mention that after having it since December of 2023, it has started creaking/squeaking when I sit down. I do use it a lot though! Overall, it’s been an awesome couch for my first apartment by myself. It seats 2-3 people pretty comfortably, and I personally find it great for a nap or when I have people sleep over. In the future, I’d definitely go for a modular ottoman kind of situation over the chaise. Given the price and the convenience of having it delivered, I am super happy with the couch and it has served me well!

I ordered this couch because of how cute it is (duh) and because of the glowing reviews, and I have to say I wasn't disappointed. I've had it for a little over a month now and so far so good. Is this couch as comfortable as my parent's sofa from ashley furniture? of course not. Is it was more comfortable than any futon I have ever been able to afford myself? absolutely. It is firm but comfortable enough to sleep on, the only con in my opinion is how short the back of the couch truly is. You HAVE to slouch on this thing or you will not be comfortable, it's very much a lay-down couch not a sit comfortably couch if you know what I mean. But by far it is the best thing you can buy for this size and quality in this price range. I am hoping this couch lasts me a long time, and I think it will! In the future I will definitely be getting a couch with a higher backrest though, I didn't realize how much it bothered me until I got this guy.

I needed a new couch and didn’t want to spend a lot of money as I just moved and having a place to sit was more crucial than saving up. Plus most couches don’t last long even if they are in the thousands. Assembly wasn’t awful but it was way more time consuming than I expected. The directions don’t offer any guidance if you want to move the chaise piece to the other side than the photo which is what I wanted so it was easy to get confused and put things together wrong. The problems. I’m 5”5 and this couch height is pretty low. I wish I had neck support as it doesn’t reach my shoulders even. The lounger is too short I have to cross my legs of bend them to fit so I hardly use it to “lounge”. Also despite the couch being 80+ inches it’s really only 65 sitting inches. So I barely fit to lay down. The armrests suck they are so short and they flip over easily. The cushions themselves are quite firm and there’s really no fluff to them so I’m confident they will just flatten harder vs ever breaking in. I have a puppy and I haven’t had issues in the past month with fur or teeth damage. But I’ve been sleeping on the couch while she gets crate trained and it’s very very firm. There’s this hard bar like feeling between the bottom cushions and if you lay just right it’d really painful on your mid back. The firmness plus floppy armrests make it difficult to really move around in your sleep so I tend to wake up with numb limbs and stiff joints but nothing that lasts all day. I wish the legs were more traditional so I could get those lifters to bring up the height. It’s not horrible for me being average height but this would not work for elderly or tall people. It really only seats 2 as well and it’s quite close quarters. The last thing I like to call out is that the couch is fairly light in the sense it slides back if you sit down too fast. I have to move it out from my wall / window every day so it doesn’t crush my blinds. This could be a decent couch for a kids playroom or in a space you don’t use daily. But even spending hundreds of hours looking for a decent couch at a cheap price I think the reviews are misleading on this of how great it is. If this was in store I absolutely would not have bought it so take the other reviews with a big grain of salt.

This couch exceeded my expectations! It’s the perfect addition to my small office. It was fairly easy to put together (my suggestion would be to open the packages with the cushions and let them fill out while you put the couch frame together). I love the color and texture of the fabric. The cushions are on the firmer side which I prefer but still would be comfy enough to sleep or nap on. The only disappointing aspects are that the back cushions need a little more fluff and the width doesn’t quite fill the back of the sofa completely (there are small gaps between cushions). The arms pillows could use a little more cushion fill as well. But overall amazing quality and value!

Looks just like the photos! The cushions are a little stiff but overall it’s pretty comfortable. Good size for a smaller room, but still large enough to lay down comfortably. The box is VERY heavy, we ended up opening it at the bottom of the stairs and bringing the individual pieces up, which worked well. Easy to put together but time consuming. Overall it’s a great couch for the price!

Update!!!: After about two weeks having the couch I unzipped the back cushions and the arm rests and refluffed the insides. I also removed the little black plastic tied pieces in the back cushions and this helped give more life to the couch! I’m genuinely impressed with how much this helped. This couch is soo comfy naps are great on it. I love this couch!! I also wanted to cover the base of the couch so I just used a queen size quilt and a throw blanket. Original: My partner and I weren’t able to find an assembled couch that fit thru our complex’s doorways so I searched for something that came disassembled and this couch is perfect!! It arrived within 3 days of ordering (expected shipping was a week from order) and was delivered in a 100+ lb box. We were able to easily fit it thru the doors and elevator no problem. Assembly was pretty easy with two people! I would get a second Alan wrench to speed up assembly. The back cushions for this are a little understuffed so we will likely add more poly fill. But overall this couch is roomy and semi firm. I’m happy with our purchase and would purchase again! Also we ordered the cream color and it is more white than cream.
