I bought the turtle tank filter with UV light for large 40-150 gal. Noise level: almost nothing & pleasant, works well, my turtle love it. I like that water flow can be adjusted. The UV light is a good think to have. I hope it last long. I just placed in the tank.

Purchased this november and it worked good until a few days ago. The UV light won’t stay inside the filter not sure why. Still operational but not as effective. The noise level is good just want the light to stop popping out of the inside. It came packaged easy to install and is easy to keep clean. Fits my tank welll. The price wasn’t bad for the product. Contacted the manufacturer via email and received a timely response.

I’ve been using this for 1 1/2 weeks. While the filtering system seems to work great and has helped clean the debris from my tank, the suction cups that “hold” the filter to the tank are worthless. It needs an anchor or something that goes over the edge of the tank (or something with more stability) to hold it in place. The filter has some weight to it, so it’s no surprise the suction keeps aren’t enough. Every single morning, I have to drag this thing back up to the top of the tank because the suction cups don’t hold it in place. I’m frustrated and wish I’d never bought the thing.

This is the best of 4 filters I've recently tried. It works the best by far. It's not small but fits better than the Tetra Whisper and is more quiet too. The turtles love the waterfall stream and so do.guests. It's easy to clean but pulling the 2 separate media cartridges can be a bit of a pain. My only complaint is I wish they slid in and out more easily.

The pump works great and gets a lot of dirt out of water after using a few hours only. Water became clean. The proprietary junk mesh filter that it uses, it gets way dirty after just a couple of days and you have to replace it
