We stumbled upon Aboniki ointment while checking out a to go order in a restaurant. We bought it and amazed at how much better this is vs icy hot or tiger balm. Even better than the $30 prescription ointment. So we bought this 4 pack here on Amazon and gave a few jars away to family and one toy doctor. Recently, I personally came down with Strep AND Mono, lasting 9 days. One of the worse spells of this combo I’ve ever had. Nothing was working. Not even prescribed antibiotics. Then the hubby asked if I wanted to try his Vic’s like our moms used to use on our chests when we had a cold. I said no - I didn’t want that feeezing stuff all over my chest and throat. Then it hit me - if the aboniki ointment worked on my knees and lower back better than doc meds, maybe it would work on my throat? I grabbed a jar, removed a pea size amount and spread it all over the left side of my throat up to and including behind my ear and in front by my jaw bone. In 15 mins I could open and close my jaw without pain and I could swallow my own saliva which I couldn’t do for 7 days. This stuff is strong and will last 8-10 hours per application for us personally. Over next 2 days I applied to same location twice per day and on day 9 not one symptom of tonsillitis, sinus or middle ear pain. I’m writing this on day 9 and I’m in one of the best moods I’ve been in in 9 days. I have seen this product elsewhere on store shelves for $8 and up per jar. So this Amazon deal at 4 jars for $13 is a bargain!
