for now I'm fine, I took the ones with the rounded edges. Let's see how long they last, if the quality of the rubber is good. I had some from another well-known brand, but in two years the rubber deteriorated and they broke.

I bought this recently to help me with my warm-up in the gym before my PT session (my gym have next to nothing in the way of bands and what they do have are only for heavy duty work or are broken) and it's really helped make it all easier as well has helped me add more variety into my warmup.
