Delicious
A necessity in many Asian sauces and good in so much more. When you are building the “salt-sweet-fiery-fat” flavor profile, this is the most delicious fat.

Nice flavor from a solid brand. Good price.
Quality Kikkoman oil with great flavor. Aroma and flavor is just as you expect. Not overpowering and no bitter notes. As with any sesame oil, don’t cook it at high heat since it’s not temperature stable and will smoke and burn, so add it at the end. I also feel pretty good about KIkkoman sourcing quality ingredients. Reputable brand at a good price.

Great but small
Tastes great; will need to pay attention to volume next time cause this is tiny.
