I’ve been using these for a few years, I’m a mum of 6 and they bring all sorts in! I used to catch at least 3 colds a year from them. Since using these I’ve not had any! I only take one a day or every other day. I’ve recommend these to family who also swear by them.

Good to help when you are run down

Always have colds and after a very bad hospital stay with blood poisoning I was told my immune system would be low for sometime, over the next few months I caught cold after cold but 3 months in on these and without jinxing myself I am as healthy as ever and cold/flu free

I think these are of exceptional quality but they are very expensive for what you get. If I take two a day it will only last 2 weeks - I don’t think anyone in their right mind would pay £30 a month for these supplements. Plus two of them were crushed because the outer packing was crushed although I’m not sure if that was amazons fault or the manufacturer.
