very nice and sturdy. Putting it together took 3 of us and several days. Some parts can get very frustrating, but that's when we needed breaks. The instructions were sometimes confusing. But we love the end product.

Je vous recommande ce Gazebo. Nous avons reçu en 3 boîtes en deux jours . Il ne manquait pas de pièces. Il est robuste et de qualité. Prévoir deux personnes pour l’installation . Mon conjoint l’a fait seul et ça pris 8 heures . Nous allons installer les rideaux quand le beau temps va arriver. Je donne un 5 étoiles

I’m very happy with our new gazebo. I ordered the 12’ x 12’. Initially the price is what interested me. This was significantly cheaper than the few box stores I had looked at. It came in 4 boxes that were delivered over 2 days. Shipping company beat the boxes up somewhat but it was packaged very well and no damage occurred. Set up was very straightforward. Instructions are good, but they are just pictures. A few written instructions to help clarify would have been nice to help save time. All the pieces went together well, and I was surprised at the accuracy of pre drilled holes. We’ve had it for a month now and it’s been through multiple storms without budging. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this brand again.

Everything went so good the shipping, installation, all the parts was really good and protected ,all was with stickers so you can separate everything easily ,the only thing it was hard the roof it was little bit confused and tricky till i figured out,so those roof panels on the instructions book it says they have to go with those plastic clips together but those plastic clips they are wasting time so just installed without those plastic and they will be perfectly fine and secure

Had 2 small issues and one larger issue. I was refunded a fee due to a small damage issue , so that was great. 2 small parts were missing , still waiting on them so we will see. Big issue was original ad said "free shipping" and when the bill came in , a $99 shipping fee was added. There new ad price is now higher but my original ad free shipping Seller denied the issue. Product itself is a nice gazebo that went together well and looks great. Well built. So lost 2 stars for deceptive billing practice.
