About a month. I took this product because it contains Male Fern, for which I know helps against some type of cancer. It is good as preventative. I used three products together: Super W Blend, Cloves, and Green Black Walnut. I started feeling better in 10 days. I don't have any diseases. Bought those for cleaning purposes.
