Plant and bowl is good but water ball was broken
The product reached safe but the balls are collapsed. I don't who's fault is that amazon or nurturing green but the plant looks healthy and bowl is also in good condition.

Good package
Good plant it is, the packing is well secured with proper ventilation and the root of the is wrapped by waterly gel like compound so that plant may get not dried during transportation. I received this plant about 42 days just after I ordered it, this delay is due to critical crisis happened around in Manipur. I didn't expect it would arrive amidst this circumstances happening in my State. Thanks Amazon for the risk you have taken to hand over this tiny bamboo plant to me.
