Good mixture of mushrooms. I like to grab a handful and rinse in a colander under a spray of hot water and then throw into a stir fry or an Instapot veg stew mix. They also work good for big omelettes with lots of eggs, onions, jalopeno peppers, veggie fake meat crumbles, and spices. It is surprising how even a big package like this gets used up.

This has great natural color and the quality and smell is just so fresh. The cooking or prepping is easy and no nonsense and easy to grind if that is what you need for coffee. The taste is as fresh as its gets and the texture is equal to your backyard picks

I Just made a dish of chicken and rice and decided to toss a few of these in with it tonight. The ONLY bad thing was that I didn’t use more of them!! They are so tasty! They are dried well, and you get a nice variety of large, high quality mushroom pieces in the mix. Stems are included (which is totally fine with me.) I will definitely be buying these again, my partner and I were raving that these were the best thing in the dish! Each one has a distinct flavor profile, and they smelled slightly like cocoa while rehydrating. Amazing. He was snacking on the dried ones while I was cooking the meal lol. They also are very clean! There was minimal debris/dirt when they were washed. If you’re on the fence about it, I absolutely recommend them. I’ll be keeping some in my pantry from now on!
