This product was recommended by my ophthalmologist for dry eye brought on by cold, dry desert air. Flax, fish, and vitamin E oils. Super simple ingredients but so powerful! He said it’s the flax that’s actually the magical part. This and moist, gentle heat to physically unclog my oil ducts and my eye sight became clearer very quickly. Feels good to not be squirting eye drops all day. The softgels are super small and easy to swallow, tasting like nothing. No GI issues or "fishy burps" as they say, so that's a plus. Two softgels a day with lunch, no fishy burps or stomach queasiness. After three weeks, the dryness eased up. I blink less and don't rub my eyes constantly. Helps dry eyes. My doc said it will take a while to notice any difference but I stopped taking it after 6 months. Then I noticed that it WAS helping my eyes. He said the omega 3 plus the flaxseed is what makes it work for dry eyes. I gave 4 stars because it does not cure dry eyes.

I bought this product because I read the great reviews on amazon and also on other internet sources this supplement can help with eye dryness after ilasik surgery. And it did! For 3 weeks I was constantly putting eye drops in my eyes every 30 mins to an hour. Sleeping with a plastic eye mask at night to hold in the moisture to keep my eyes from drying out so much and even when I did they would be literally stuck almost shut sometimes. I started setting my alarm clock every 2-3 hours to put drops in my eyes during my nights. I was having a really rough time but within 3 days of taking the vitamins as directed. BAM! IT"S A CHRISTMAS MIRACLE! Thank goodness finally! Something to help! Because I was really starting to regret every having ilasik. But now my eyes are great. Slight dryness. I do put lubricating eye drops in my eyes when I wake up but through out the day maybe once every 4 hours if even that? 6 hours might go by and I'm still good but I still put them in since the eyes are still healing. But it's made such a HUGE difference. I recommend this product to anyone having dry eye problems. It most certainly works! A fantastic product that I will be buying more of if I still need it when I run out of the current bottle. Also there are no fishy tastes or anything like that. Saw some other post people saying normally this type of product does that to your body. For me it did not. I take it with my other women's multi vitamin and this is no difference to my body other than the dry eyes are finally cured!!

Think they help with dry eye

I love this product. I have dry eye syndrome and this product helps me make it through the day. It contains fish oil and puts moisture in my eyes. Highly recommend if you have dry eyes or Sjogrens disease. Great price

Good product, on time delivery, cheaper than local retails prices.

The capsules are fairly big but easy to swallow, no unpleasant aftertaste. I have yet to know if it is effective as described for dry eyes.
