I’d give this outdoor cleaner 5 stars because it makes a huge difference without feeling overly harsh or complicated to use. I used it around the house on areas that had been looking dull for a while, especially the patio, walkway, and parts of the siding, and the results were very impressive. It helped lift away built-up dirt, grime, and weather stains, making the surfaces look much fresher and better maintained. What I really like is that it works on multiple outdoor surfaces, including wood, vinyl, concrete, brick, and composite materials, so I did not need to buy several different cleaners for different jobs. The peroxide-powered formula also gives me more peace of mind compared with stronger chemical-smelling products, especially around areas where kids and pets spend time. The coverage is another big plus. One bottle goes a long way, which makes it a great value compared with hiring someone for routine pressure washing. It’s perfect for spring cleaning, getting ready for guests, improving curb appeal, or just keeping outdoor spaces looking clean. This is such a great outdoor cleaner for furniture and our outdoor gazebo. It works great and can be dilluted (so it lasts a long time), rinses easy & you do not need a lot of it! we have been using simple green for years and wouldn't use anything else.

I am not sure if the cleaner is good, or my pressure washer works well!! But I can confirm that my deck is looking very clean and new!

Very very happy with this product. Lightened concrete that was neglected on retaining wall for several years at least 4 shades. I don’t normally write reviews but definitely exceeded my expectations!

I’m amazed by how well this works! I have an outdoor rug that turned half green this summer. One coat of this soap, five minutes rest, and it’s all coming off with a pressure washer! I thought I’d have to soap it twice but nope! Incredibly effective and so satisfying!

Not sure if this was any better than just using plain water with the pressure washer. Siding had some light mold in shady areas - in some areas I used this soap & others just plain water. Didn't really notice a difference between the 2 methods. This soap definitely didn't clean away black mold on stairs even left on for 15 minutes - it didn't look like it had any impact on the stairs at all.

I have many cats, so for their safety, I chose this bleach-free stain remover. I followed the instructions and sprayed it onto the exterior walls; the mold and moss didn't break down on their own, but when used in conjunction with a small pressure washer, it effectively cleared away the mold. It is relatively expensive, but it is indeed safe. It has no pungent odor and causes no burning sensation. I had previously tried using just the pressure washer alone, but that simply didn't work. This stain remover truly gets the job done.

On a moldy metal roof, using a pressure washer, this didn't make it cleaner than water alone, but cut the time in half. I pretreated per the instructions, and when I timed myself cleaning with and without using this, it took roughly half as much time when I used it. The results were the same, but it saved a lot of time. Using a foam sprayer on the pressure washer, it took a very small amount to get a good coating - I can probably clean the roof of my 2500 square foot rancher 5 times with a gallon. Not a bad price to pay for hours of saved time. It didn't hurt my grass, which is nice. More importantly, when my neighbor seemed to want to complain that I was spraying chemicals that may run into their yard, they dropped all complaint when I showed them the "Safer Choice" on the label and the fact that it's approved for use when it would go directly into a body of water (such as cleaning a boat or dock). So if you have that issue, it's a plus. So it's not magic, like they would claim, but it's worth it.
