I waited a few weeks before writing this wanting to ensure I gave this a full testing. These are GREAT! Been feeling a bit tired these days and coffee wasn't working as well as it was. Figured I was a bit low on something so gave these a shot. I am happy to report I've feeling a bit better. I like that these have a good mix of Iron, C and B Complex. Easy to swallow, 1 a day and they are reasonably priced. I'll probably be picking these up again as I really think they are helping me. Can't speak for others, be sure to talk to your Dr. first before taking them, but yea, they worked great for me.

I'm anemic, so I need iron, and this one uses Ferrochel®, which appreciate since it's supposed to be one of the more absorbable forms.I also like that it includes folate instead of folic acid. Folate is the form my body can actually use, so that's a big plus. On top of that, there are added B vitamins and vitamin C which are all known to help with absorption and overall effectiveness. Altogether, it seems like a really well-rounded option for anyone needing extra iron.

This is a nice, fairly gentle blend of iron and other energy-supporting vitamins/minerals. It has 25 mg of iron in the form of ferrous biglycinate chelate. It also includes Vitamin C, which is known to enhance absorption of the iron.Additionally, it also contains B-complex vitamins, as well as B12. (see photos for full amounts and RDA %s of each).I have found, after about 5 days of taking this, that it's a fairly gentle way to get 25mg of supplemental iron. The capsules are also relatively small and easy to swallow. There is no unpleasant aftertaste and no pain or stomach upset like what I have experienced in the past with iron supplements.

I know the Momentous brand from their protein powder and was excited to learn they have an iron supplement. I trust their products because they are NSF certified.These pills include vitamin C so I don't need to take that alongside the iron. They were easy to swallow and did not bother my stomach.

Excellent combination to add to the daily arsenal. With iron and B+C vitamins, it eliminates my need to take two additional supplements. I like the benefits this specific blend offers, and with the brand I know its a name I trust being that theyre well known for very high quality. Will update if needed when bottle is gone, but 5 stars because I know its a home run.
