Smart Ink Compatible Ink Cartridges Replacement for HP 952XL 952 XL 4 Combo Pack (Black, Cyan/Magenta/Yellow) to use with HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 7740 8720 8715 8210 8703 OfficeJet 8702 Printers

I recently purchased ink from Smart Ink while searching to find a replacement for HP 952 ink which is outrageously priced. Though Smart Ink's product description stated HP compatibility, when my order arrived it would not work in my HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 because of a chip incompatibility. I contacted Smart Ink about this via Chat. The customer service was incredible. They immediately replaced my order with chip compatible cartridges and had them to me in two days! The replacement works perfectly and at a cost significantly less than HP ink. Their ink is a great value for the money, and their customer service stands out in a world of poor customer service!!

Works perfectly well at time of writing this (about a week after I bought this). I had initially bought the same product, but when I installed it into my printer, it came up with the non-HP compatibility warning. Luckily, the ink cartridges came with instructions that already prepped for this said to contact Smart Ink. Customer service was excellent! Within 5 minutes, as they promised on their package, I got a reply, and I was already receiving a replacement the next day. This replacement had full HP compatibility and is now working as it should. Robin was a very helpful person and saved my printer and my money.

I was considering replacing my printer because of the cost of ink until I found Smart Ink. The ink worked really well for a few weeks and then the printer manufacturer recognized the non manufacturer ink and stopped it from printing at all. I used the QR code on the cartridge to contact them. I only had to wait 1 minute for a person to answer and she figured out the problem. She helped me change the setting on my printer so the manufacturer couldn’t shut my printer down because of the ink and sent me new cartridges that arrived in two days. I am very happy with their product and their service.

Good compatible ink cartridge set. This is my second time buying these. They work well and a a good value for the money considering the are not HP cartridges and the price HP charges for the OEM version. They a do not leak. And install the same as the actual cartridges.

I purchased these Smart ink cartridges on 5/21/26, And installation was easy and they worked perfectly until tonight 7/2, When printing a document, the color was very light.And the black ink was also very light. I called the customer service number, and within a minute. A representative named Ben answered and\n Walked me through cleaning the ink cartridges via the printer's settings. That did improve The black ink , but not the color ink. Then\nWas gracious enough to immediately prepare a mailing of new replacement in cartridges?Because of the trouble i've experienced. On top of that , ben was quite personal and very well spoken. I will definitely be purchasing in cartridges for all my printers.From this company from now on. Gene

I recently ordered and installed the Smart Ink 952XL Ink Cartridges into my 2018 HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 All-in-One Printer without any difficulty. I just removed the previous not so good "compatible" cartridges I have been using to replace the HP brand, put the Smart Ink brand in and printer quality is great! Smart Ink provided all necessary info you need to trouble shoot and a contact number to call. I'm unable to give a response on ink duration and capacity at this time because I have not used it long enough. Great Value for the money. I highly recommend this product due to it's quality and cost. Thank you, Smart Ink, for bringing your affordable product to consumers.

Cartridges seem to work okay, but depletion message came on my printer this morning. Called Smart Ink trouble desk (Edgar) and he and I tried to troubleshoot issue but it did not work. Edgar was very professional and provided outstanding service. To rectify issue he stated a new set of cartridges would be sent in a few days. Isaac Harrison, CPO, US Navy Retired

The 3 colors worked fine in my HP OfficeJet Pro 8210. However, the black catridge was not working. I contacted Smart Ink via there Chat & the rep was super halpful & sent me the link to bypass the lock. I was super helpful & worked great! I would prefer this little hiccup anyday (with this easy fix) to paying the outrageous price for the HP ink. Super Happy!

It won’t work with 8715

I got this as a replacement ink for my 8720 HP Officejet Pro. Once installed the cartridges, the printer recognized them as incompatible. Despite the manufacturer's assertion that they are compatible. Also, it didn't help to follow the manufacturer's suggestion and turn off the auto firmware update in the printer. The printer simply did not agree to work with these cartridges. This is a piece of junk --- never again I will buy anything from this company.

Works better than HP. I don’t have to replace as often and the quality appears the same. Customer service is quick to help.
