Is the hero 3 housing included with the mask?

No the housing is not includ with the mask just the mount - but the Hero 3 comes with a housing which is rated for 130 feet so you can use it right out the box. Just ensure that the 'o' ring is properly lubed and seated

Will this work witk a 3+?

I checked out the go pro 3+ and the mount is the the same as the two go pro cameras that I have!I have the first edition and the go pro 3 so I think the mask will work with the go pro 3+.

Will this fit my GoPro Hero3+Black Edition?

Yes, I have this model, and it fits just fine. In fact, the 3+ is smaller and more streamlined on the mask then the Hero 3, but both work just fine.

For anti-waster case, you can buy it from GoPro, I remember it's already included in the GoPro 3 package.2. not understand your question, what your mean is what's the size of this mask? i think it's a free size, you can adjust it to suit for your face.
