The item is fine but the box is marked and looks like it’s been opened before.

Amazing sensation!
I was so surprised of what I felt when I used this on my scalp. For years I SEEN this on different shows but never experienced it. I bout 2, 1 for me and another for my Pitt-bull. She won’t move when I started stroking her on her back and head. Heavenly 💗

Useless bad product
Useless product. The gaps between the fingers are way too wide and far apart from each other, so you don't feel any "massage" when applying on your head. I bought this 36 fingers after I bought the 20 finger version(which was also useless), thinking it would be better because it has more fingers. I was wrong. It was even worse. The 20 is a little less worse in terms of feeling anything. The product is not even a good scratcher, let alone a massager. Don't buy. Waste of money.
