I purchased these supplements to try out as I have the opposite of what most would consider a calm and low-stress lifestyle. Trying something is better than doing nothing. I can appreciate the flavor first. I don't like overly sweet things, and these are very nice. The watermelon flavor is very light and doesn't taste artificial. The texture is soft, but firm, and easy to chew. These supplements advertise that they are sugar free, which I appreciate and is one of the reasons I picked this one, and the ingredients list that they are sugar free, but please note they do in fact carry a carbohydrate count if that is important to you. I appreciate the natural manufacturing process they advertise using, stating that these supplements are vegan and use natural coloring agents. The supplements are advertised as also carrying a blend of other nutrients to work together, L-theanine and Vitamin B6, although the recommended values vary depending on your research. In my instance I have not noticed a drastic effect in my stress levels, although I have only been taking them for a couple weeks. However, that being said, the inclusion of these vital nutrients in my diet cannot be bad, again something is better than the nothing I was doing before. I would say the value is on par with similar supplements, neither a better nor worse value for money. I'll give it 5 stars for apparent quality in both product and manufacturing concern, good flavor, and nutrient value. I am not taking any stars off for my apparent lack of response as everyone responds different and that may not reflect on the effectiveness of the product at all.

Sono davvero molto soddisfatta di questo prodotto. Mio figlio è molto selettivo con i gusti e non è facile fargli prendere integratori, ma queste caramelle gommose gli sono piaciute subito. Ovviamente le utilizzo seguendo il consiglio del medico, una al mattino e una alla sera, e non le considero semplicemente delle caramelle. La cosa che mi ha colpito maggiormente è l’effetto positivo che ho notato sul suo sonno. In passato avevo provato altri prodotti per bambini acquistati in farmacia, soprattutto quelli in polvere da sciogliere nell’acqua, ma non li prendeva assolutamente. Con queste invece non abbiamo nessun problema. Sono veramente contenta del risultato e sicuramente lo ricomprerò. Lo consiglio!

My sons eat these every night. They love the taste. If I forget to give it to them they remind me. Their sleep quality has improved massively. From constant nighttime wake-ups to near none. I say to chew and tasty. Very effective if you’re looking for something that is easy to use for your kids and likeable. Not too expensive and better value then other solutions on the market.

Caramelle vitaminiche gommose dal sapore gradevole. Non ho visto però alcun cambiamento anche minimo che andasse ad influenzare lo stato di iperattività di mio figlio o comunque influenzasse lo stato di eccitabilità inducendo la calma, nemmeno nell adulto. Restano comunque delle buone caramelle, da dare al posto di quelle classiche.
