Works great! I’ve been using a night guard for many years and this is the best one I have found. I grind my teeth at night. I can see clearly how much I grind when I look at the mouth guard in the morning. You first form it to your own mouth so it will be comfortable for you. Follow the instructions that come with it. I wash it in the morning and put it in the case to use again at night. It is very durable and comfortable to wear all night. I highly recommend this product.

The only brand I will buy. Have been using this brand for years. Have tried many others. However this one fits my mouth the best. Easy to mold to your teeth. Lasts longer than others I’ve tried. Has a nice case to store it in. Protects my teeth. Great product.

I don’t like it at all. As a smaller woman, it’s so large in your mouth to the point that it’s like bulky. It’s not a natural shape so it feels weird when your lips are closed. I also had a horrible time molding it to the point where it’s very tacky and when you close but it’s more like biting into putty and it partly holding shape. It’s just so odd. I hope I can get my money back or something.

My dentist has been after me to get a night guard due to my severe bruxism (teeth grinding). I had hoped that my teeth grinding would improve once I went on a CPAP to improve my sleep apnea but, sadly, it did not. I told my dentist I didn't want to invest in a custom night guard again, because I'd done that many years ago and then gave up on wearing it within a year or so and all that money was wasted. Plus, the process of having a custom guard made was very unpleasant for me. I looked at several options for storebought night guards and finally decided on this one. The fitting instructions are quite good--thorough and easy to understand. You can either do the quick fit method using the microwave or use the traditional method using a saucepan on the stovetop. It is important to follow the instructions to the letter AND to follow them very quickly to get a good fit, especially when the guard first comes out of the hot water and the bite channel is malleable. WHile I was very fortunate to get a good fit the first time, in terms of my bite, I did not feel that I was as successful at forming the OUTSIDE edge to conform to the outside of my teeth. Then again, I have a very small mouth, so the way mine turned out may just be as good as it's going to get for a small-mouthed person. This brings me to really the only "con" I've encountered in using this product--that it only comes in a "one size fits all" size. Still, despite the fact that the part of the guard OUTSIDE my teeth protrudes more than I'd like (or would be most comfortable), I still do like the night guard and wear it most nights. The night guard comes with a case to store it in, which is great. They recommend using Efferdent Anti-Bacterial Cleanser for cleaning the guard. I did buy some Efferdent tablets and use them maybe once a week, but on a daily basis I wash it well when I first take it out and then at night when I put it back in, I soak it in Listerine Total Care for a few minutes. The minty taste of the mouthwash helps me tolerate having the guard in my mouth. If you have a bad gag reflex, as I do, you may have more issues than the average person in getting ajusted to this night guard. I had issues the first few nights getting used to having it in my mouth and some mornings I have a momentary issue with gagging when I take it OUT of my mouth, but otherwise, no problems at all in terms of gagging. This guard rests behind my upper teeth and does not protrude back on my palate, whereas the custom one my old dentist made me gagged me all the time because it protruded too far back on my upper palate. I just had my first crown done just before I got this guard. My dentist implored me to please start wearing a guard soon after the crown was put in so that I would not put so much pressure on it. The instructions do say to check with your dentist before using this if you have loose fillings, caps or unfilled cavities. One last thing...and I'm not sure if this is a con for the product or just a fit issue for me personally. When I get up in the morning and take out the guard, my bite is off for maybe 10 minutes, and then everything falls back into place and I'm great the rest of the day. I have not yet had my followup appointment with the dentist since wearing the guard so I can't say what he thinks about it, but I do plan to take it with me when I have my next appointment to ask him to check the bite and see if he thinks the bite being a tiny bit off is going to be a problem in the long term. If so, I'd do a refit on the guard. UPDATE: My dentist was at a business conference the day of my appointment but another dentist in the practice said it was no big deal that my bite is off for a short while when I wake up...it is more of a muscular issue than a teeth issue.

I found this product to be generally good. The quality was good, and I liked the fact that it wasn't super bulky when you had it in your mouth. The case that comes with it is nice, and feels sturdy and the included instructions are thorough and really help with the molding process. I didn't feel like the mold was too tedious and it wen't by pretty quickly and overall I would recommend this to someone who has a normal bite. That's where my personal experience deviated from some of the other reviewers. I don't think this guard is a good fit for someone with a very pronounced overbite. When I was molding the guard I knew I was going to run into trouble by how far back the hard plastic on the bottom of the front teeth pushed my bottom teeth back. This moves my whole jaw back and doesn't allow my teeth to rest just behind my top front teeth like they usually do. When my jaw is naturally closed without the guard, my bottom front teeth are totally hidden by the top teeth. My overbite is pretty severe and I would assume people with underbites would also have issues with this thing fitting perfectly. I had to put way more pressure than necessary to bite down as the instructions said to mold it and when it is in my mouth it feels like there is too much pressure on my front teeth because in the mold process I had to put extra force to bite down normally and move the hard plastic bottom. I have used this guard overnight for three nights now and I have woken up with the same jaw pressure I felt before I got the guard. I think my clenching overnight with the guard is forcing me to clench harder to compensate for the awkwardly placed guard behind my front teeth. I also wake up in the morning with slight soreness in my teeth and the feeling like they are being moved. I can't verify that, but when the guard is in, it is very very snug, to the point of being borderline unconformable. So the bottom line is, I would recommend this in a heartbeat for someone who has a normal bite and want a good quality guard that will hold up well against bruxism. At this price point, it's hard to deny the quality you receive. However, I would discourage anyone with a mild to severe overbite to purchase this product due to the lack of comfort it will give you. It's just not made for overbites.

I've been trying multiple guards. This is great! It's very flexible the size is perfect cuz the other ones usually grind or push up the part of the gum this one doesn't. I have been waking up with a headache before but this card is really helpful with the grinding it doesn't hurt it's very adjustable and it's very easy to use I highly recommend it's a great option versus getting that big expensive grinders that your dentist May recommend it is protecting my teeth and the enamel

I think this product is well made and very likely to work for a lot of people. I'm just not sure I'm one of them! I'm on my 4th remolding and have yet to wear the guard through the night. Whether it is the nightguard itself or something I'm doing it makes me drool! And that's just not sexy or comfortable- or something I do without a mouthguard. I have followed the instructions exactly and read everyone's reviews for tips. My old mouthguard was the bulkier kind with the plastic in front that covered your teeth. I have also been wearing mouthguards for over 20 years so I have some idea how to make them work. For whatever reason I can't get enough material up around my molars without making it too bulky on the sides. It also has a different kind of fit that the other bulkier- lighter which is good but can also make you feel as if it is going to fall out. Not having it just out in front- leaving your mouth slighly open- is a big bonus. Bottom line? At this price it is definitely worth a try but if you can't make it fit properly you can get very frustrated. I'll be trying my 'final' (don't think the soft plastic can take much more reheating) fit tonight. I'll post an update! Update: I can't endorse this product. I have remolded it 4 times and it never works. The bottom plate is too wide and so while your mouth may close in front it pulls at the sides. You drool! Even before you get in bed. I tried every way of molding the soft plastic to get it to conform to my mouth in a way that would stop this but with no success. I angry at having spent the money for nothing but will now have to go back to my old bulkier mouthguard.

The product is easy to custom fit. The instructions on the package are quite clear. The only problem is the size is a bit large. But it stops bruxism and protects teeth, and I can use the product every night.

I ordered it for my daughter who grinds her teeth that was interfering with the alignment of her teeth. After purchasing this product she claims that her teeth are coming back in place.

Las instrucciones no vienen en español, lo cual no es muy bueno ya que si requiere de seguir el paso a paso, a simple vista me pareció buena y lo es, solo que una vez amoldada es bastante corta, en mi caso no cubre las muelas de la parte posterior pero definitivamente cumple su propósito, otro punto favorable es que se puede moldear varias veces.
