Ich hatte erwartet der Ball springt unberechbarer zurück. Wer jedoch sportaffin ist, der hat keinerlei Probleme. Aber eine gute Übung für zwischendurch. Oder es schwerer gestalten (z.B. kurz vorher einmal drehen) ...

Stimola i riflessi
Ottima per allenamento di riflessi adoperata per il libero nella pallavolo, associata a palline da tennis e pallone da volley si possono creare molti esercizi.. rimbalzi veramente casuali ed imprevedibili

Está bien, pero el rebote es demasiado uniforme
Pensaba que iba a botar más, pero la verdad es que de gran parte rebota bastante normal. Un poco por aqui, un poco por allá. Pero no. Los 80% de los rebotes son de como si fuera una pelota normal/rodonda.

Bounces really well
This bounces well (and in random directions, naturally), making it very useful for reaction training. There are a lot of others available (this is not my first) which barely bounce, even with enormous force. This one weighs about 77g, whereas my previous one was 115g - so heavy that it was unfit for purpose (even if they are so tough that they last forever). Very happy with this. Would buy again.

Je rééduque mon bras et ma main
Cette balle me permet de faire la rééducation chez moi tout en m'amusant . Je l'ai testée en la lançant sans forcer de haut en bas puis de bas en haut sur le mur , les 2 manières sont efficaces . Je déconseille de la lancer au plafond , j'ai testé : adieu les bibelots , totalement incontrôlable ( ce n'est pas fait pour cela ) .
