Is this really 180 cms long? That must be the longest mat

Yes it is 180 cm and quite thick so protects joints a bit. Found it really helpful.

Are the top and bottom of the mat easy to differentiate? E.g. is the logo only on the top? Or the texture of the bottom is different from the top?
