Supersmart - Lactobacillus Gasseri 12 Billion CFU per Day - Probiotic Supplement | Non-GMO & Gluten Free - 60 DR Capsules (Delayed Release)

This probiotic is Amazing! It made me purge the excess yeast produced in my gut! After reading upon this symptom, it's a sign the probiotic is working! It also curbs my appetite. I noticed less bloating as well! I'm only on day 4, i take this with another probiotic supplement, chicory root prebiotics and fiber! These are definitely now a staple for me! Highly recommend!

Hard to know

If you are not doing a milk test on your probiotic, you are wasting your money, it is the cheapest and easiest way to know if the bacteria in the supplement is alive. Take 1/4 cup of milk, 1/8 tsp of inulin, and a capsule; then keep it heated at 100°F for about 4 hours. This made fantastic yogurt. The down side is I am looking for the L. Gasseri strain BNR17 (SuperSmart uses the strain CNCM I-5076). Dr. Mercola Sells the BNR17 strain under "Biothin." However, Dr. Mercola did NOT make the best yogurt (it did make yogurt though, just very thin).

Supersmart lactobacillus is one of the best probiotic I've ever used. No bloating! I've noticed that I've lost weight since using it.

I have ordered these probiotics before. So this was just a repeat for me. I like to take a probiotic every day because it seems to make me feel better. These do the trick.

I've been taking prebiotic and probiotic for over 10 years and have tried many different kinds. I would say 3 out of 10 worked for me. This one, I'm not sure. I'm on the second box and I'm still bloated and having lots of gas. I tried this one to see if it helps my weight loss but it hadn't help me yet either.

My gut feels good

One table makes a great probiotic yogurt! Just mix with a quart of organic half/half, a 1T Inulin, mix well, cover & let warm for 36 hours at 100F. Save 2TB in the freezer to use as a starter in your batch of inulin and half/half.

Certainly helped keep my gut stable and therefore much more comfortable.

Mon mari (problème de diverticulose) et moi même (graisse au niveau du ventre), avons constaté très rapidement une efficacité évidente du transit Nous avons perdu 2 et 1 kg dès la 3ème semaine et pour moi quelques centimètres au niveau ventre, taille et cuisses. Il est vrai que nous conservons une diététique alimentaire et culture physique 3 fois par semaine. Nous avons essayé de changer de produit, mais après une semaine nous sommes revenus à celui-ci. Cette perte de poids est établie, sans yoyo. Ce n'est pas un produit miracle, mais il aide vraiment et change la silhouette. Par contre il ne peut répondre qu'avec un mode de vie et une hygiène alimentaire normale pour conserver une bonne santé. Nous recommandons vivement.
