Zebra Mechanical Pencil, Del Guard, 0.7mm, Blue (P-MAB85-BL)

Does as advertised doesn't need the costly leads compatible with any .7 leads for .7 mechanical pencil

I was in the market for a good mechanical pencil for a decent price and I came across the Zebra DelGuard 0.7mm. I was excited about the lead breakage avoidance mechanism of the pencil. It works just as advertised! Now it has become very hard to break lead. Another bonus is that pencil feels good to write with! However there are some cons: 1. A little bit of heft can be added to the pencil as it feels too lightweight (for me) 2. A rubberized grip could’ve been provided as your fingers become sweaty with prolonged use and as a result, writing becomes a little bit harder. Otherwise, it is a wonderful pencil and you can buy it eyes closed.

Blue colour is very good in matte finish it feels premium. Easy to write it's comfortable in hand. It also feels very durable in long term use. It is value for money.

Saves from breaking lead but only if you do not extend it beyond those recommended three clicks and the lead used is not too soft (perhaps no softer than 2B). Comfortable to hold and write. It also wastes very little lead when the lead is too short, only about a centimeter remains unusable. What's more important, the cautionary note on the package tells you: 'Use for writing purposes only'. So, it is primarily meant for writers and not for artists.

the pencil works superbly. there was no lead breakage. the build quality is also nice. overall pretty satisfied

It has got marvelous mechanism to dissipate the extra force which you might put by mistake on the lead tip during writing and prevent it to break. These people know what's d frustration in feeling comes when u break tip of lead while writing or drawing something important it it breaks ur flow....

I adore using mechanical pencils, therefore I used to buy them. I have numerous brands. I experimented with zebra this time. Excellent design, wonderful handle, and amazing tip protection. Looks great. Drawbacks: The top cap is loose and more likely to fall out than to fit firmly. The material and quality of the pencil clip are poor.

The product has been damaged in terms of paint on body of pencil being chipped off. Can’t say whether it was due to transit or was the way it is.

Wer einen Druckbleistift sucht, bei dem nicht Miene nicht abbrechen kann ist hier genau richtig! Das Federsystem verhindert das in jeder Lebenslage. Die Qualität ist gut und der Preis ist angemessen!

Excellent, gives you a feeling that is too light.. I would prefer it a little more robust.

芯が折れなく、使いやすい

初めて使うシャープペンとして中学生の息子へ渡しました。0.5では筆圧の高い子では折れやすく、線も細くて字の存在感無いのであえて太くしました。芯は2Bです。英単語もくっきりはっきり書け、漢字も止めはねはらいが判別しやすいです。息子がムダに芯の出し入れをしたようで芯カスが詰まり繰り出せないトラブルありましたが、クリップを伸ばして芯穴に挿してカスを取り除いたら出てくるようになりました… 商品に不満はありませんが、正しい使い方を息子に教える必要がありました（笑）
